泥灰粘土質の土が深い畑なので根が地中深くまで伸びて様々な要素を吸収し、早熟な区画なので糖度が上がりやすく、エキゾチックでフローラルなアロマが豊かな甘味の強いエネルギッシュなワインです。

In warm and dry vintages, such as 2015, the Sporen, with its deep, rich Lias clay-marl soils, can deliver unique Gewurztraminer. Trapet's 2015 Sporen Gewurztraminer opens with a super clear, deep, mineral and elegant bouquet. Full-bodied, cool, well-structured and salty-piquant on the palate, this is a highly elegant, complex and very promising Sporen with lovely, earthy terroir flavors. This 2015 needs a couple of years to unfold all its great talents. Fermented in concrete eggs. -

The 2014 Sporen Gewurztraminer opens with a clear, fresh and aromatic, concentrated bouquet of white and citrus fruits intermixed with pure and stony aromas. Full-bodied, intense and fresh, with a stunningly piquant acidity and citrus fruit, this is a well-structured and tannic Gewurztraminer that is not oily and massive at all, but stimulating and gastronomic. The finish is pure, firm and salty, with tension and a stimulating grip. Aunique Sporen that finishes dry, piquant and mineral.
