キュヴェ名の「ALEA」は「不測の出来事」と言う意味で、まさに不測の天候不順で収穫量が少なく、下記の1級3種類を区画ごとに瓶詰出来ない年のみ生産しています（近年では2010年、2012年、2013年）。
「Clos Prieur」の力強さと「Petite Chapelle」の繊細さ、エレガントさが上手に調和し、肉厚でタニックな飲み応えのある味わいになっています。

ピノノワール種100%。　1級区画である「Ergot（エルゴ）」「Corbeaux（コルボー）」「Combottes（コンボット）」の3区画をアサンブラージュして造られるワイン。　小石の多い粘土石灰質土壌で3区画の合計の広さは0.6ｈａ、平均樹齢は45年になります。　
プラムのような香り、ストラクチャーがしっかりしていて、甘味と酸味の旨味も強くリッチな味わいのワインです。

The 2015 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Capita comes from five premier crus:Petite Chapelle, En Ergot, Corbeaux, Combottes and Clos Prieur, and it is 100% whole bunch fruit. It has a very elegant bouquet, the stem addition neatly disguised and barely conspicuous, merely lending freshness and personality to the black and red brambly fruit. The palate is fresh and well defined with blood orange notes infusing the vivacious red fruit. This has wonderful balance and infectious vigor that I hope will be translated once in bottle. This has so much to offer, one being that oft overlooked sense of "fun".

赤いサクランボや潰したイチゴの香り、酸味のあるフランボワーズのアロマも感じられ、グラスの中でバラの花びらのアロマが広がる。甘くジャミーな口当たり、渋味は柔らかく素晴らしい深みがある。エレガントだがもう少し熟成させればもっと良くなるだろう。

The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Village is very promising, mingling notes of cherries and berries with sweet soil tones and hints of rose petals and spices in an incipiently complex bouquet. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fine-boned and elegant, with fine depth at the core, ripe and refined tannins and a penetrating finish.

グラスを回して空気に触れさせればメンソールを含んだベリー系果実の香りが素晴らしく広がる。口当たりは繊細ながらもコクがありタンニンも柔らかい。赤いサクランボや潰したイチゴ、ブラッドオレンジのようなテイストが余韻に強く残る。2018年のシャペルシャンベルタンは非常に良くできている。

From holdings located exclusively in lieu-dit En la Chapelle, Trapet's 2018 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru offers up an inviting bouquet of cassis, plums, dark chocolate and pungent spices, framed by a deft touch of toasty new oak. Medium to full-bodied, it's deep, layered and fine-boned, built around elegantly chalky tannins that are cloaked in a lively core of fruit.

The 2017 Latrici?res-Chambertin Grand Cru is lovely, unfurling in the glass with aromas of sweet wild berries, grilled meats, peonies, dark chocolate and Indian spices. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, fine boned and tensile, with excellent concentration and depth at the sappy core, fine tannins and a bright line of animating acidity. The Latrici?res is second only to the Chambertin this year, and very different in personality.
