The 2020 Subsollum Pinot Noir comes through as serious and austere despite the warm vintage, with only 13.5% alcohol and good freshness. Only 15% of the wine matured in oak, and it only adds a faint note of spice. The vineyard was planted in 2007 with Burgundy selections of Pinot. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete and 15% in barrel. It's a different profile from the more approachable Pour ma Gueule, more serious. 9,786 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2021.
スミレやイチゴ、ローズヒップを想わせ、バニラやナッティな香りも持ち合わせます。
洗練されたタンニンと引き締まった酸。ミネラリーな要素が柔らかなボディに溶け込む極上の味わいです。

The 2018 Latuffa Pinot Noir, produced with grapes from Malleco in the south, has a lot less alcohol (13%) than the one from Aconcagua and a more floral and herbal profile. Most of the vines were planted in 2010, but there's one hectare from 1999. They did a soft vinification with indigenous yeasts and an élevage in used barriques for 18 to 24 months. This is very spicy and very different from the other two Pinot Noirs, with pungent notes of nutmeg, cola nut, cinnamon and clove. It opens up after some time in the glass to flowers and blood orange, becoming quite spectacular. It's medium-bodied, has vibrant and pungent flavors and iss focused and nicely defined. 3,000 bottles were filled in January 2020.
