Chiseled and youthfully reductive, the 2021 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Derriere Chez Edouard unwinds in the glass with notes of pear, citrus zest, dried white flowers, hazelnuts and wet stones. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's deep and electric, with a racy spine of acidity and a long, scintillating finish.
