葡萄品種はシャルドネ種100%。
ドメーヌ設立当初からあるキュヴェで醸造所がある 「Montigny-les-Arsures（モンティニー レ ザルスール）」村にある複数の畑のシャルドネを 使っています。丘の頂上付近にある泥土質の畑と西向きの斜面にあるジュラ紀中期の石灰 質に覆われた泥灰質土壌の畑がメインとなっています。
標高は醸造所より高い400mで樹齢 は10～45年、醗酵は350Lや500Lの樫樽や20～60hlの大樽で行い、熟成は全体の30%は350 Lと500Lの樫樽（うち5%が新樽）、残りは大樽やステンレスタンクで行われます。
石灰質が鋭さ とキレ、泥土がボリュームとミネラル感を与えており、バランス良く飲みやすい味わいに仕上 がっています。

I liked the bottled 2018 Arbois Chardonnay better than the unbottled sample I tasted last time. It's a neatly made Chardonnay with some toasty and spicy notes, a little creamy, nicely textured, more Burgundian that most examples from Jura. The wine is tasty and finished with a salty note, with integrated oak and the signature of a fine winemaking team.
