りんごや、パイナップル、洋梨、モモのドライフルーツ、ミネラル香など様々なニュアンスの香り。
ピノ・ノワールの凝縮した果実の芳醇さと、フレッシュで洗練された味わいを兼ね備えていた1本。

Based on the 2020 vintage, the NV Brut Esprit Nature displays an iodine-inflected and elegant bouquet of menthol, anise, licorice, white peach and spices intertwined with notes of clementine. Medium-bodied, round and sappy, it's slightly creamy, with an elegant, fresh mid-palate that segues into an ethereal, long finish. Bottled in 2021, it was disgorged in November 2023 with a dosage of five grams per liter. This is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.

The 2018 Chardonnay Estate was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 31% new. It gives up notes of guava, fresh yellow apples and white peaches plus hints of chalk dust and candied ginger. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is elegant and refreshing with good length and a mineral kick on the finish. 3,500 cases were made.
