Assembled from several parcels around the appellation, the 2021 Cairanne is a blend of approximately 45% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre and 15% each Carignan and Syrah. Primarily matured in concrete, with some foudres and demi-muids in the mix, it offers up hints of resiny garrigue and black cherries on the nose. It's medium to full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins that contribute to its easy-drinking nature.
