丘の中腹に位置する「Aux Serpentières（オー セルパンティエール）」の区画にある石灰質土壌の畑に1946年に葡萄が植えられました。
区画名の由来は水源があり南向きで暖かいので蛇（フランス語でserpent）が多い区画、または木が蛇のようにうねっているからなど諸説あります。
黒いベリー系のアロマにバニラのニュアンス、優しい口当たりにオイリーで肉厚な果実味、エレガントでバランスが取れていながらも余韻のタンニンが長熟を予感させる味わいです。

Aromas of sweet red berries, cherries, rose petals, licorice and spices introduce Guillemot's emblematic 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Serpentières, a medium to full-bodied, supple and seamless wine that's fleshy, concentrated and vibrant, with a layered, complete profile and a long, bright finish. It's a lovely wine that will offer a broad drinking window.
