COMMENT
ラッフェはファルケンライの隣に位置し、ワイナリーにとってフェルステラッセと双璧をなす最上の小区画。グレースレート主体の土壌で、樹齢 70-80 年のブドウが植わる。良く熟した黄色系果実に火打石のアクセント。
リッチでパワフルなフルボディのリースリングだが、同時に結晶のような透明感とフィネスが共存している。モーゼル・リースリングの真髄を知るための素晴らしい 1 本。

From predominantly ungrafted vines that are up to 70+ years old and on gray slate, the Pündericher 2018 Marienburg Riesling Raffes did not ferment to fully dry but still reached 13.5% alcohol. Pure, fine and ripe on the flinty and elegant nose, this is a full-bodied, rich and powerful yet finessed, quiet, pure and perfectly interwoven Raffes with a certain sweetness that will become better integrated during the years of bottle aging. Very sustainable finish. A great Riesling again from Clemens and Rita Busch! Tasted from AP 0420 in July 2020.
