COMMENT
樹齢55年以上、収量12hl/haという古樹のモナストレルから生まれるトップキュヴェ。その名の通り、18ヶ月間バリックで熟成。熟した黒い果実の力強いアロマに溶け込んだスパイスやカカオ、トーストの香りが心地よい。熟した果実に気品ある酸、どっしりとしたタンニンが混然一体となり、グラスの中で花開く。収量を抑えた3種のブドウをブレンドすることにより生まれたとびきりの凝縮感と複雑さが楽しめる。
