ル・メニル・シュール・オジェ産100％。2006年以来継ぎ足しているヴァン･ド･レゼルヴがベースとなるこのキュヴェは60ヶ月以上の瓶熟成の後に出荷される。澱との長い接触によりスタンダードなブラン・ド・ブランとは違った熟成感と複雑味を持つ。
輝くゴールドの繊細な泡、白桃やレモンのフルーツのアロマにトースティーな酵母のニュアンス。リンゴや柑橘のフレッシュな果実味にシャープな酸味と、硬質なミネラルの骨格が調和したメニルの特徴が際立つスタイル。

The citrus-golden NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut Réserve Perpétuelle offers a fantastic nose with great purity, finesse, elegance and a beautiful mix of Chardonnay chalk, yeast and oxidation. Very intense but always pure and precise. Intense and lush on the palate but also pure, tight and mineral, with chalky finesse and great tension, this cuvée reveals some fascinating matured fruit and wine flavors. The finish is lush and generous but precise, finessed and elegant, leaving the tongue with great tension, grip and structure. A great wine indeed. Tasted in January 2019.
