COMMENT
偉大なシャブリの造り手、ルネ エ ヴァンサン ドーヴィッサの娘婿のドメーヌで、ドーヴィッサの指導を受け同じ醸造スタイルをとっています。それゆえ、現在すでに古典的なシャブリとしてのポテンシャルは高いのですが、ブドウの樹齢が高まってくる先々の非常に楽しみなドメーヌ。1級で最も北に位置するボーロワの他、モンマン、コート ドゥ レシェ等、4haの畑を所有。

Revisited from bottle, the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy is excellent, wafting from the glass with aromas of citrus oil, mandarin, almond paste and smoke. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with excellent concentration, bright acids and a long, saline finish. This is a classic from Tribut that's well worth seeking out.
