Mingling aromas of cherries and red berries with hints of licorice, rose petals and spices, the 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Ostrea is medium to full-bodied, deep and complete, with lively acids, powdery tannins and a long, perfumed finish. Derived from old vines in the commune of Brochon, it is, as usual, a touch more structured and tightly wound than the domaine's regular Gevrey cuv?e.
