7つの区画、合計2.71ha。Les Enseigneres、Les Aubues、Les Tremblots、Brelance、Les Boudrieres、Les Nosroyes、Au Paupillot。
平均樹齢約40年。植密度1万本/ha。リュット・レゾネ。8月下旬から手摘み収穫。
12～18時間かけて前清澄を施し、発酵。12カ月樽熟成（新樽比率15％）。タンクで6カ月寝かせてから軽いろ過をして瓶詰め。6カ月瓶熟成。

Jacques Carillon's 2015 Puligny Montrachet Villages was quite dramatic from tank, but it has tightened up a bit after bottling, unfurling in the glass with aromas of peach, white flowers and fresh pear. On the palate, the wine is elegant, medium to full-bodied and moderately concentrated. My suspicion is that this was a bit shut down after its recent bottling, and if so my score will look conservative.
