標高約425mにある「Verbomet（ヴェルボメ）/樹齢約60年」と「Chatenay（シャトネイ）/樹齢約35年」の区画の葡萄を使用。ボージョレで最も高い場所にある畑に属するので、温暖化が進む現在、この標高の高さは葡萄がフレッシュさを保つのに一役買っていますが、その分畑仕事も大変で手間が掛かります。急斜面の東向きの花崗岩土壌で合計約1ha、除梗は100%で熟成は50%樫樽、50%ステンレスタンクで行っています。
サクランボや白い花のアロマ、フレッシュでジューシーな果実味、スグリのような爽やかな酸味、タンニンもしなやかでチャーミングな味わい。とてもフルーティで早くから飲めるタイプのワインです。

Attractive aromas of cassis, licorice, rich spices and sweet soil tones introduce the 2020 Chiroubles, a medium-bodied, supple and lively wine with a fleshy core of fruit, melting tannins and a saline finish. On paper, it's the most modest of the estate's crus, and yet it's also the most charming out of the gates.
