モレ・サン・ドニに本拠を構えて4代続く家族経営の生産者。1973年にアンリ ペロ・ミノによって設立、1993年に現当主のクリストフが継承して以来、気鋭の生産者として評価を高めています。マゾワイエール・シャンベルタンに所有している畑の面積は1ha、樹齢は55年以上です。砂利混じりの粘土石灰質で手入れが行き届いているため土壌はふかふかです。
フレッシュさやハリのあるタンニンを感じる男性的なスタイルのワイン。シャルム・シャンベルタンを名乗れますが、味わいの違いを的確に表現するため敢えて「マゾワイエール・シャンベルタン」として瓶詰め。

Invariably one of Perrot-Minot's finest wines, the 2019 Mazoy?res-Chambertin Grand Cru lives up to expectations, mingling aromas of wild berries and rose petals with hints of orange rind, exotic spices and beetroot. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's layered and velvety, with considerably incipient complexity and enough powdery tannin to balance the sucrosity of fruit that characterizes this ripe vintage.
