COMMENT
クロ ド ヴージョの最大所有者、シャトー ド ラ トゥールのオーナーのフランソワ ラベが父から引き継いだラベ家のドメーヌ。1992年以来ビオロジックで栽培をし、2015年からビオディナミを実践しています。「ジュスティス」「クレ」「ジュイーズ」の3つの区画の平均樹齢60年以上のブドウ。野生酵母のみでコンクリートタンクで全房発酵。228L樽(新樽30%)で20ヶ月熟成させます。清澄もフィルターもかけず、瓶詰めします。ラズベリーやチェリーにプラムやカシスの赤黒系果実の凝縮した香り。エレガントな酸と細かいタンニンがしなやかな骨格をなす魅力的なワイン。

The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes has turned out nicely, mingling aromas of rose petals, dark berry fruit, smoked meats and sweet soil tones in an incipiently complex bouquet. Medium to full-bodied and elegantly muscular, it's nicely concentrated, with a rich core of fruit, lively acids and powdery structuring tannins.
